About Marsha

As a lifelong resident of Oconee County, I have seen the real estate market transform in my small hometown. I grew up riding school buses on many of the roads around Oconee and Lake Keowee before the major developing of communities and subdivisions opened doors to the nearly 80,000 residents we have today. As I drive my clients around all the familiar roads, I am able to tell them the history of some of the area. I've spent years with family and friends playing and exploring our beautiful lakes, and along the many streams, rivers, waterfalls and mountain trails. I raised my own children here and they too have fallen in love with this area we all call home. I began working with 1st Choice Realty, which is now Allen Tate Realtors, in 2007.
