I thought selling my home would be stressful but Marsha made selling my home extremely easy! She was the epitome of professionalism every step of the way. From listing the home, to getting beautiful pictures taken, bringing clients to look, up to closing, the process was seamless. I had some complications with my tenants and Marsha helped with that too. She helped me find an amazing lawyer and was a listening ear whenever I had worries or needed to vent. I would recommend Marsha to anyone needing a real estate agent. She's honest and hardworking. Never late for a single appointment. I promise you will not be disappointed. Ms.Duke came highly recommended from a business associate who's been in the RE game for over a decade. My experience was great. Marsha and her team helped me find my first home. Being the first of my generation I admit I was a bit lost. I definitely was not prepared. Honestly I don’t think I could have done it without Marsha and her team. They went beyond their job titles, worked after hours, and regular days to help me. Maybe I should not have said that lol. Marsha Duke is a BOSS. Having to put my house up for sale after 20 years was bittersweet but Marsha made the process so easy. From the photographer who made me question why I was selling after seeing his pictures, to how quickly she had prospective buyers wanting to see the property, to how she protected everybody from Covid with booties and hand sanitizer. In 12 days we had an offer and went to contract so fast my head is still spinning. And from beginning to end she was there to answer questions or concerns. Marsha Duke is very professional. It took us about a year to find a specific home and Marsha was patient with us . We went out every weekend looking. She always came with us and even enlist my daughter as her helper which made going out every week an adventure for my daughter. She went above and beyond any other realtor we came across.
