Marsha is everything you need in a realtor. We used her services to buy and sell and on both sides she is fantastic! I had so much stress about trying to sell and buy at the same time but she carried so much of that mental load and allowed me and my family to just find our dream home and not worry too much about the details. At every turn she broke down the realtor language we were not familiar with and was so patient when explaining what different scenarios to expect. Marsha is one of those people that becomes invested in you and your family that after you’ve closed on your home you still find yourself contacting her just for chats.

Marsha was amazing. She was SUPER responsive, extremely accessible, and very generous with information, taking the time to walk us through the ins and outs of buying a new home in Grosse Pointe Woods. From start to finish, I felt so comfortable and grateful that a consumate, trustworthy pro had our back. She had a list of great people to work with during the process, and helped us to navigate all the paperwork, requirements and deadlines that had me anxious before we started working with her. She showed us homes on the high and low ends of our price range to help us get a picture of what was available, and once we found the perfect house for us, she helped us close in three short weeks by facilitating communication with our mortgage lenders, inspectors, and the sellers. She asked all the questions I wouldn't have known to ask and have us lots of great tips on being homeowners. I honestly feel extremely lucky to have had her play this role in such an important event in my family's lives. 10/10 for real.

Marsha was the best agent we ever had. She went above and beyond for us. Because we relocated to the Detroit area from Idaho, we could not journey to Michigan to visit many properties during our home search. Marsha went through at least 20 properties with her phone camera to show us each one, and did detailed follow-up on the ones in which we were particularly interested. When we finally found a house, we could not close on it until a month after our lease in Idaho expired, so she found us a rental property to use in Michigan until closing. Once we moved in to our new home, she helped us find trades people to do the repairs and renovations, and even helped us file an appeal to lower our taxes. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Detroit area, do yourself a favor and hire Marsha. You won't regret it!

Marsha is not only an amazing realtor, but she is an amazing person as well. As a first time home buyer I was struggling to find a house and paired with a realtor stuck in the era of sending me black-and-white faxed pictures of homes.
