About Marshall

In 1998, Marshall began working as a Broker Associate in Boulder, CO with an emphasis on residential and residential investment real estate. He then purchased a home in Denver where he mentored for two years with Chris Djorup, an accomplished 20 year veteran with Djorup & Associates. In 2003, following many successful transactions and armed with experience, education and financial stability he established Emerson Real Estate/Cherry Creek. The establishment of the company was precipitated by both the need for improvement within the industry and due to the confusion experienced by much of the public with regard to real estate services. Marshall and his company aim for an indelible standard of practice. One that is specific to clients’ needs and focuses on ethics, education and attention to detail.
