Marshall was very easy to work with during the long process of finding and then waiting for the house to be finished. He was recommended by a friend who is retired from real estate.

We didn't really know what we wanted... something smaller than our former house. We didn't know anything/much about 55-plus communities and Marshall showed us several in the area around Raleigh. We actually found the community we wanted in October, but the house was not finished until April. Marshall continued to show us or at least tell us about other houses on the market, but we did buy the one we found in October. We have enjoyed Creekside-BethPage.

I would recommend Marshall Gay to anyone who is looking for a really good real estate person... not pushy, not narrowing the window of what we saw... just a good balance, and willing to continue the process for as long as it takes.
