Marshall was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, and after spending time away for college, he chose to return and plant his roots in this vibrant community. He is honored to call Spartanburg home and is dedicated to helping other families grow here as well. Spartanburg, an eclectic city nestled at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is home to a growing number of international companies and a thriving arts, music, and industrial scene.
Marshall’s interest in real estate began while studying business economics at the College of Wooster in Ohio. After graduating, he returned to Spartanburg and worked as a Reconciliations Accountant at Advance America’s corporate headquarters. However, he soon realized that real estate was his true calling. With over 17 years of experience, Marshall brings a unique perspective to the real estate market, offering the insight of a true local. His extensive knowledge benefits both buyers and sellers alike.

He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters, Mary Marshall and Ellen.
