Marshall Mello

With a family heritage rooted in Sonoma County, Marshall Mello has had the opportunity to benefit from the time, exposure, and knowledge of this magnificent place called home. At the age of twenty two he got his start in the housing industry by developing private property for manufactured homes and by replacing old mobile homes in parks with new and affordable manufactured homes. After one of the most successful years ever recorded at the manufactured housing dealership Marshall joined forces with lifelong friends to develop seven quick serve restaurants in Sonoma County. At their prime the restaurants handled well over 4 million a year in sales and had over ninety employees. Prior to becoming a real estate agent Marshall decided to gain experience from the ones that make or break deals. By working alongside a local licensed real estate appraiser with over 20 years of experience Marshall gained priceless knowledge and experience that most real estate agents will never have. After almost 8 years of being a real estate professional and being consistently in the top 1% of agents in the North Bay, Marshall decided to add property management to better serve his clients which led to the opening of Sterling California Properties. With the experience in residential development, appraising, lease negotiation, exposure in business capital markets, commercial site development, and business management, Marshall brings valuable experience to his clients with residential and commercial sales and leasing needs.
