Marshall Saul is a native Atlantan with deep ties to his community through a network of friends, family, and local business owners. He has a strong passion for real estate and making connections that shines through in his work and relationships. Marshall received his real estate license following graduation from The University of Georgia in 2006 and has spent the last 13 years gaining skills and expertise that make him a truly insightful realtor. Before entering the world of real estate full-time, Marshall started his working life in financial services with an Atlanta-based insurance brokerage. He spent several successful years focusing on business development, enrollment, and client management of 2-200 sized employer groups working on their benefits packages. Marshall continued to work his way up, eventually becoming a junior partner with the brokerage. Through this time, he kept his license active and referred out business while also directly participating in real estate investment projects. Marshall made a bold decision at 27 years old to purchase a vacant lot in Brookhaven and build his first home. He quickly became immersed and engaged in the design/build process of single-family new construction. Although challenging, Marshall really enjoyed building his home and decided this was a niche he wished to carve out through his transition to a full-time real estate career.
Marshall has since aligned himself with several builders/developers on development projects with a focus on speculative and custom new construction homes in the Brookhaven/Chamblee market. He has participated in various sides of in-fill development, everything from pure sales & acquisitions to project management, floorplan, and interior design, capital raising, site planning, and assessment, permitting, and various other pre-construction activities. Marshall continues to focus on development projects through his network of builders, investors, agents, and clients while also enjoying his work with traditional buyers and sellers on their real estate transactions.
Marshall has built his second home in the Sexton Woods neighborhood of Chamblee and currently resides there with his wife Terri, daughter, Olivia, and dog Jozy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, traveling whenever possible, and all things Atlanta United and Tiger Woods.
