Absolutely The Best . So I tried to sell my property on my own. Phone calls were out of control to the point that I couldn’t take it anymore. Called Marta and she immediately said she would handle all the calls and completely remove that stress. Gave Marta the contract and all the calls stopped once she took over. Then just two days on the market and she had found serious a buyer that she qualified. We literally closed in 21 days and the entire transaction was super smooth. Excellent communication from Marta made it super easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend hiring Marta to sell or assist with purchasing a home or investment property. Top notch. I can thank her enough.

Phenomenal experience. I have 7 years contemplating to purchase a home. Every time I have met with a Realtor always felt like I was not the priority or they were always too busy to service my needs. 7 years! 6 Realtors at least that I can recall. But Not Marta. Best way to describe the service she provided is exceptional. Such patience, kindness, empathy, support and commitment to finding the perfect home for me and my family. She shared our excitement all throughout the process and provided guidance and support where needed to make the process as smooth as possible for us since it was our first time.
