Martha was amazing to work with! Martha’s experience and knowledge made the process stress free and her positive attitude and excitement made it a truly wonderful experience. As first time homebuyers my husband and I were new to the process. Martha was right there providing answers and feedback. Martha went the extra mile every step of the way and treated us like family. She was truly wonderful to work with and I will miss our weekend house viewings!

There are not enough words to describe how outstanding Martha Chouinard is. Martha treated us like family. From the start of this experience she looked out for us and always had our best interests in mind. She is caring, dependable, trustworthy, and a friend.

Martha is a workhorse. She constantly provided us new listings as needed and was extremely organized throughout our time working with her. She was always there to answer questions and her knowledge in the many different areas of real estate was so vast.

I cannot thank Martha enough for the work she did for my family. She made a process that could be stressful for anyone into an exciting process.

Funny story, after my wife and I had our offer accepted on a house the first thing we said to each other is “we are going to miss hanging out with Martha!” Thank you Martha!
