I worked with Martha to buy a house. She is knowledgeable, responsive,, truly cares that you find what you are looking for and is a treat to work with. Martha listed and sold our home, we are very happy with the entire experience. The house sold in one weekend and by Sunday night we had five solid offers over the asking price. She carefully explained everything we did not understand during the process. Escrow closed in 30 days as planned and we could not have asked for a smoother transaction.
