Martha Bear Dallis has been a country mouse city mouse between Brooklyn the Hudson Valley since 2015. The charms of the Hudson Valley Catskills landscape are reminiscent of her Minnesota roots. Martha’s Bear Dallis Associates, an event management company, has over 20 years of events in the NYC hospitality and real estate industry. She was part of the farm to table movement while serving in leadership roles for non-profit organizations and affiliated with City Tech’s hospitality management department.
Martha’s project management coupled with her hospitality perspective forms a solid foundation to best serve her clients: sellers and buyers during the real estate journey. She has a proactive approach to the process flow and attention to the details. It’s an absolute privilege for her to get to know clients by listening to their vision and sharing in their discovery of homes and landscapes.
Martha calls ‘movement’ her elixir: cycling, hiking, swimming, cross country skiing, yoga, and native species gardening in the Hudson Valley. Her joy is in the journey when training for the Mohonk Preserve’s Rock the Ridge race or simply the daily practice of wellness. Martha has many years of supporting local artists as well as her own ceramics practice at the Cornell Creative Arts Center in Kingston. She believes that a creative environment is a positive for communities.
Martha is passionate about helping clients discover the beauty of upstate New York and showcasing the vast diversity of homes from the 1700’s Dutch stone houses to the modern farmhouse and land parcels. She strives for her clients to be able to call that special home their very own. Martha’s motto, “Hudson Valley Be Here Now” is a daily reminder to discover and fully embrace the vast possibilities of the Hudson Valley and Catskills.
