A resident of South Florida since 1970, Martha earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. A former human resources manager, Martha made a career change to real estate and joined the Sheehan firm in June 2001.

During her real estate career, Martha has earned several designations and certifications: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative); C2EX (Commitment to Excellence); CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist); CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert); Green; GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional).

Martha is the 2023 President of JTHS Board of Governors a division of MIAMI REALTORS®; 2022 National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors Member; 2022 Florida REALTORS® Board of Directors Member; Chairperson of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound (JTHS) Professional Development Team (2015-Present) and a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

With her intimate knowledge of the area and years of community involvement in Palm Beach and Martin counties, Martha is a valuable member of The Sheehan Agency team. She is married and has a son.
