MARTHA LOWE

Martha Lowe has been an active agent in Bethany office since 1996 and she passionately believes that experience does matter in real estate. Before going into real estate, both Martha and had been schoolteachers. She and her late husband, Ed, have bought, rebuilt, managed and sold residential real estate for the 34 years of our marriage and have participated in many 1031 exchanges.

They have been lucky enough to live in the Bethany area for over 36 years, have children that have graduated from the local schools, which their grandchildren now attend. Martha currently lives in a canal front home in South Bethany, which she and Ed built over 13 years.

Having been a teacher gives Martha extra insight into educating her clients about the various communities and areas available today. She realizes that this is a very important decision for each client she works with, so her patience, understanding, and years of living here, help her to remain successful in the field of real estate. So, whether the client is looking for a summer vacation spot, an investment property, or a year-round residence, Martha has the experience and knowledge to help her customers learn about the area and, hopefully, own a piece of the beach!
