Martha Rodman

Martha Rodman is a San Francisco Bay Area native with an extensive background in real estate and construction. Along with her husband Mark, Martha has lived in the Napa Valley for over 30 years, raising her children and establishing herself within the community. Martha has consistently been the cornerstone for homebuyers and sellers, having the expertise, experience, and affiliations to accomplish her clients' buying and selling needs.

As well as having an extensive background in real estate transactions and negotiations, Martha has experience and knowledge in building new homes, as well as completing renovations from country properties to downtown Victorians. Martha has a diversified background in property management and developed the “extended stay” furnished rental program within the Napa Valley to meet the needs of relocations, corporate housing, vacation homes, as well as the second- home market.
