We had our home listed with another agent for over a year, only had three showings, no offers. Don Chilton one of Martha Thorn's agents sold our home in two months. I would have to say that KJ Kein of the Martha Thorn Agency was one of the best professional's I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to assist my wife and I in the purchase of our land in Tarpon Springs. Due to our schedules, we were only able to visit the St. Pete/Clearwater/Tarpon Springs area on weekends. She would spend the week preparing a schedule for us. She would accept my late night calls and emails and promptly respond to our questions and concerns. When we found what we wanted, she jumped right on the task and provided us with all of the pros/cons of purchasing the land. She worked tiresoulsy with the seller to get us the best price and has provided insightful information about the building of our forever dream home. The support staff at Martha Thorn, was tremendous. Pleasant and very helpful. I can be very demanding, and they were right there with the answers, sometimes before I even had a chance to ask them. I couldn't ask for a better agency to work with. My only regret, is that we can't use their agency to list our current home in Jacksonville. Seeing how they work so hard on the buyer side, I would have no concerns of them representing me on the seller side. I can guarantee, that when we purchase additional real estate in the area, my first call with be to KJ and crew. They are AWESOME!
