Martha has held her Texas Real Estate License since 1985. She is a REALTOR® and her designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). She has experience as a Relocation Coordinator and a Mortgage Loan Officer. She finds that the mortgage lending and relocation experience is an asset when working with her clients.

She has been selling in the Longview Area since 2004 and has been Top Producer numerous years. In 2013 she was honored by the Longview Area Association of Realltors as "Realtor of the Year." She has served on the Longview Area Association for many years, 6 years as an officer, including Chairman in 2015, and several terms as a director. She has also served on many committees, and she is currently on the Building Committee.
