She points out that it is easy to write a contract but takes great effort to negotiate favorable terms, iron out disagreements, and bring a sale or purchase to a successful closing.
Having earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a Project Engineer for Brown and Root before becoming a Realtor, Martha is particularly knowledgeable about construction, home remodeling, and envisioning the future possibilities and potential in a home. A second-generation Houstonian, Martha is well-informed about markets in Memorial Villages, Spring Valley Galleria, Tanglewood, River Oaks, West University, Southside Place, Southampton, Wilchester/ Wilchester West, Nottingham, Yorkshire, and Houston's Midtown and Downtown area.
Married to her high school sweetheart for more than 40 years, she has three adult children and several young grandchildren. She is a board member for Camp for ALL and is a volunteer with Camp for All, SBISD schools, and several community organizations. In addition, she serves on the Piney Point Memorial Village Board: Beautification Committee. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, The Junior League of Houston, and The Asante Society of the Houston Zoo.
