She never pressured, never rushed and always made me feel I was the most important client she had. We were faced with selling an older house after the death of the owner, and with a family member and small dog still living in the house. Martha took this difficult situation completely in stride, helping us deal with every detail of the listing and sale from start to finish. She helped us deal diplomatically with the tenant. She helped us prepare a clear and complete listing with photos and description of condition and a very honest assessment of the market and comparables in a very short time. She arranged for the listing, arranged for showings, received and screened the offers to purchase, assisted with negotiations, prepared all paperwork promptly, tracked the paperwork and preparation for sale and transfer of the property- everything, start to finish. The entire transaction was done with Martha in Laredo and us 2,300 miles away in Oregon! All of our dealings with Martha were seamless, professional, efficient, and VERY personal. We never got the sense that we were dealing with a real estate mill, or with one-size-fits-all negotiations. Martha knows her business and we highly recommend that buyers and sellers deal with her for a top-notch, customized, personal experience.
