Marti was terrific at responding to our needs and wants. We used Zillow to find properties we were interested in and would call Marti to set up a walk-through based on our times. She also stopped by multiple times at the house we were selling to provide advice on our work efforts to prep the house for sale. We were extremely pleased with the sale of our house and followed it with the purchase of our next house which we believe she saved us a considerable sum in this market by use of an escalation clause. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! As a first time homebuyer, I had hundreds of questions and Marti answered them all and more. She truly went above and beyond in quickly scheduling any tour I requested, and getting me as much information as she could from the jump. Her attention to detail combined with knowledge of the St. Louis market is spectacular. With her help, I was able to close on the house of my dreams!!

We knew that we wanted to find a space to rent while we found just the right house to purchase. Marti helped us with finding a rental property. Then she set us up with searches to find our ideal home.
She was great when we purchased our house. She helped us create the perfect offer. When there were bumps in the purchasing process, Marti remained professional and used her knowledge of the house buying process to help us get the best deal possible.

We recently used Marti as our listing agent in a rental house we sold. She got it on the market immediately and held open houses. The house was under contract within four days. The sale didn’t close through no fault of us or Marti. She immediately got it back on the market and again held an open house. Less than a week later, we were again under contract and closed successfully. She’s very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. We’d highly recommend her.
