Martin was truly an amazing person to work with. He was very patient with us as we would change our mind a lot about things we wanted. He was always available if we needed to talk to had a question. He would respond within 2 minutes max no matter what the time was. When it came to finding the house we wanted to call home he made it happen with persistence and dedication! If we had a question that wasn’t in his wheelhouse he never told us “oh you can contact this person”, he would go out of his way and contact them for us. Martin is amazing and I 100% recommend him!

Martin has been nothing short of a patient, kind, generous realtor. It can be very difficult to put your trust into someone for a VERY big decision. For me, it was my first home and I was constantly doubting the process and getting annoyed with the ups and downs of house hunting. However, Martin was always there reminding me that things will always work out. And they did!

Martin was there every step of the way. He was there when I had the home inspection making sure everything was going well and keeping it honest. He made sure to help me in requesting the little things that needed to be revised from the inspection. He sent me photos of the completed projects and even the invoice of what exactly was done. He even came to my closing to help relieve stress and anxiety and walked me through the documents along with the title company.

Even at the end, he made sure to let me know that he was available AFTER closing. After! He’s technically done with me as a client, but still made himself available for me. He said a few times that if it were his daughter, he’d want someone to treat them like he did me. I think of that moment often because it shows his integrity.

Martin became a friend, psychologist, therapist and I am so grateful he made my dream of homeownership a reality. I’ve made so many recommendations to my friends and coworkers. Even my mom wants to use him when she sells hers. I highly recommend Martin.

Martin is definitely your realtor if you are looking for someone that's diligent, responsive, straightforward, caring, and goes out of his way for you. Martin can be credited on finding our brokerage company that offered locked interest rate at a decent rate. We had tried many companies on our own to see if any locked rates without success. He was also tough when dealing with some unprofessional conduct with the brokerage company and advocated for us every step of the way. Also, he can be credited on getting our contract in this very tough market. He negotiated for over 2 hours getting the deal we needed. We will be using him for our future needs and wouldn't have gotten the townhome we wanted for the reasonable price without him!!

He was willing to meet with me on a holiday, and his enthusiasm never waned. If I could give Martin 10 stars I would. We first met when my wife and myself lived in Alaska. He found our rental for us in Frederick Md. We were there for a year then found out we had to move. Of course our first and only choice was Martin. Very professional, very knowledgeable. He worked his tail off to find homes that fit our needs. After a lot of searching, we found our new home. He made the entire process enjoyable and in this current market, that is truly saying something. Do yourself a favor and hire this true gentleman!!!

You do not want to work with any other realtor! He is hands-on, reliable, efficient, driven, punctual on every occasion, professional, honest and knowledgeable. He works around the clock. We were surprised to receive 8 pm emails and texts on a Sunday!!! He is relentless and always made us feel like top priority.
He doesn’t sugar coat anything or rush you or try to sell you for a quick commission. He will tell you his honest opinion of the homes value if its over priced or if it should be less than the asking amount. We’ve searched to buy a home and we’ve searched a rental (temporary means until we found our home). He has helped us with both. I can’t tell you enough that this is a stellar realtor and when you’ve met him you’ll understand why!

My wife and I gave Martin the impossible task of finding a rental property for us, our three kids, and our dog during a pandemic that nearly wiped out our area's rental inventory. Martin more than rose to the challenge; after patiently listening to our requirements and making note of them, Martin exhaustively combed through his listings day and night and found us the perfect place in under a week! The primary broker for the rental property said that we wouldn't have landed it if it weren't for Martin's persistence and unfailing politeness. If you're looking to buy or rent in the Washington DC area, there is no one who knows the market better and will work harder to find you your dream home than Martin! I highly recommend his services!

It would be simple for me to say that I would recommend Martin Conroy to my parents if they were selling a home (and it would be true!). But that is not good enough. So I will tell you a little bit about my experience with Martin as my realtor.

The sale of my condo was tough from the beginning with a significant drop in the value of my property, a mortgage that I could no longer afford and other logistical issues. From the start, Martin was straight with me, he made sure I had all the information, even when he knew I would not be happy with what I heard. But that was never the point. The point was to successfully sell the condo. He shared the bad news as kindly as possible and went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal out of what was a difficult situation.

He was ALWAYS available. If I so much as twitched with concern he would hear me out and either help me through my doubts or find creative solutions when needed. The condo sold just as we were starting stay at home orders from the pandemic. We had to do the closing completely online and Martin managed this brilliantly even as he also found himself affected by the constantly changing situation in early April.

I will never say I was happy with the outcome, but what I can say is that Martin did absolutely everything in his power to make it happen. He is the first person I would reach out to if I was even considering buying or selling property.

I am so grateful to Martin for his caring and positive spirit. He believed we would get through it from the start and he made sure of it. So many times in the process I was ready to give up... I was ready to default on my mortgage and walk away. Martin made sure I understood VERY clearly what a bad idea that would be. He was there every step of the way, even when all he could do was listen.

Martin is real and human. I firmly believe him when he says he gives his best to every client. I wish him the very best and sincerely hope you will consider him as your next realtor.

Martin is a fantastic realtor, and he did an amazing job helping us to find our dream house, put in an offer, and close on the deal. We purchased a foreclosed property using a VA loan, and this would have been an incredibly complicated bureaucratic nightmare to go through alone. However, Martin worked incredibly hard to coordinate everything along the way, and in doing so made what would otherwise be an unmanageable process go very smoothly.

Martin is extremely knowledgeable, very well connected with contractors, lenders, inspectors, etc., but what was most important to us was the level of care and personal service he provided. If he ever takes a day off, I certainly was not able to tell. He was always reachable through texts or calls whenever an issue or question popped up. We had inspectors and contractors come through to look at the property at several points, and Martin was always there, on time (well actually always early), in order to make sure everything went smoothly and to help answer any questions either I or the inspectors/contractors had.

I could not recommend Martin enough. I would certainly recommend him to my closest friends and family, and the next time I am in the market for a new house, I would love to work with him again myself.

This was a small listing by DC standards, but we felt like Martin represented us as buyers as if we were buying a multi-million $ house. He guided us through the mysterious process of buying into a co-op like a true professional. He hit every deadline and did not miss any details. This included our request for an accelerated closing date over a holiday weekend. The day we closed was a 100-year record rainstorm, but Martin was there for the walk through. Because of the storm and a health emergency, my wife was not able to make it to the closing, but Martin went above and beyond to work with the lender, sellers, and closing agents to get all the required signatures that same day. We love our apartment in DC and plan to buy more property. We will definitely ask Martin to be our buyer's agent. I suppose we'll sell one day too, and Martin will be our first choice of a seller's agent.

From the moment we made contact with Martin, our home search experience drastically changed for the better and was successful beyond our beliefs. For our family, Martin was more than a realtor- he was our friend on the ground who always had our best interest in my mind. Martin listened to every “want and need” we had and used those as a blue print for his search and Martin searched and searched and searched on our behalf as if we were his only clients.
