Martin Gratopp

Marty was born and raised in Neligh and graduated from Neligh/Oakdale Public School. He has been married to his wife, Belinda, since 1978 and has 3 adult children, along with 6 wonderful grandchildren.

Marty is very involved with his church in Neligh, where he is a part of the core leadership team, music team, and small group bible studies. His relationship with his Savior is very important to him and is a big part of his life.

Marty and his wife have always been involved with real estate in some form or another, ranging from buying and selling, to renting homes and apartments, to flipping them. They have also owned and operated multiple businesses. He currently works for Kelly Supply Co. and is on his 37th year!

As a step into this next phase of life, Marty is very excited to have the opportunity to work with the first time home buyers, as well as the seasonal investors to help reach your dreams of home ownership and investment property ownership.
