About Martin

I am a native Californian. My wife & I moved to the Santa Clarita Valley in 1976 where I started my real estate career by purchasing 20 acres and completing my first subdivision. I served in the military, active and the Reserves, for a total of 14 years. I retired from the Los Angeles Police Department in 1992 after 23 years of service to my community. I obtained my real estate license in 1984 and in 2000, joined Kellar Davis Real Estate. In 2006, I obtained my real estate broker's license and I am the managing broker for Kellar Davis Real Estate. I specialize in luxury homes, residential, commercial, probate, short sales & foreclosure properties.
