San Diego’s Favorite Son is exactly what one thinks when you meet Martin Correia. Having been born and raised in “America’s Finest City,” he lives and breathes all that it has to offer by doing what he does best…making San Diego a reality for those that are looking to live within this wonderful city!

As Principal of MMC Real Estate, Martin leads “the” group of real estate consultants better known as San Diego’s Favorite Team. He prides himself on his personal service where a majority of his business comes from referrals and repeating clients. Spoiling his clients is something Martin loves doing while providing sound real estate advice and guiding them through every step of the process. Not looking to meet expectations but exceeding them time after time.

The accolades support his hard work having been selected Rookie of the Year in each brokerage he’s worked under and continues to soar today. Recently, he was selected as one of the Top 10 Internationally real estate agents within Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. As a luxury specialist, Martin seeks to provide a luxury approach to all of his clients with less aware of the value of the home but more importantly the value of the client!

Lastly, Martin’s involvement in the community continues to be his ultimate satisfaction in giving back to a city that is so dear to him. He has either lead or took part of over 12 Board of Directorships over this tenure, most recently as a founding board member for Creating First Impressions, focused on children that need direction as they start life after high school. He is also currently serving as ex-President of Cathedral Catholic High School/ University of San Diego High School Alumni and current President of Trojan Club of San Diego which focuses on supporting students attending the University of Southern California while participating in athletics. You can also find him lecturing at USC School of Marshall and UCSD on data analytics.
