About Martin

You will be all smiles too if you call Martin to talk real estate. Thirty years of real estate sales and investments and Martin still loves his job!
He was born right here in Sacramento and has been a lifetime resident except for a brief time while was away at school. Martin attended the University of California, Davis. That usually makes people laugh, as Davis is only 13 miles from Sacramento.
Martin started selling Real Estate in 1987. That first year Martin received an invitation to join the Sacramento Realtors Masters Club whose membership is limited to the top 3 to 5 % of successful agents. Martin completed the education necessary to earn a Broker’s License a brief time later.
His interests in real estate are varied. They have been property owners since they first got married and real estate sales seemed a natural career choice. While most of the Martin’s business is single-family homes within Sacramento County, He has also sold business opportunities, raw commercial land, residential lots and multi residential units.

The last category of real estate has been very exciting for the last 5 years, as investors have again realized the power of leveraged ownership that real estate can offer. Duplexes, fourplexes and apartment buildings have never been more desirable for investors. Return on investment and growth have outpaced all other forms of investment.

A fundamental truth is that everyone needs some place to live. Real estate has also become an important tool in estate planning for my clients. I can honestly promise that whatever your real estate needs are, Martin can help you achieve them.
