Martin was suggested to us by our Realtor from CT to assist us with our move from CT down to NC. Martin was outstanding, going above and beyond, in helping us look for and eventually but a home in NC. He was always there to answer questions and even 'Face Timed us through a showing while we were in Florida on vacation. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and knows the market well. He took the time to get to know us so that he understood what we were looking for and guided us to a neighborhood that we feel we can grow into as a family. We feel that Martin may have started as our realtor but has become a friend!

Martin has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He knows the market, is very knowledgable about Raleigh and the surrounding communities, and he's so easy to communicate with. My husband and I currently live in California, but we worked very successfully with Martin by phone and email while we considered both existing homes and new construction. Ultimately, we decided to build and Martin has continued to surprise and impress us with his willingness to go above and beyond our expectations. For example, I flew out to Raleigh for the design appointment and met Martin for the first time. He attended the appointment with me and made valuable suggestions. Since then he's kept us up to date on the progress of our home with pictures, videos, and phone/email contacts from the work site. We used Martin Roberts, Jr. as both our listing and buyer's agent simultaneously for the sale of our old home, and purchase of our new home. He worked hard in getting our house listed for sale and offering two open houses to potential buyers, and we got an offer quickly. In fact, we got an offer on our home before two other units exactly like ours that had been on the market for longer, which I really attribute to Martin's diligence. We were also able to make an offer on our new home, and arranged for closing dates two days apart. Martin helped the whole process go as smoothly as could be expected, and he was great to work with. Super friendly, personable, and just an all-around nice guy. He was responsive to our (many) questions, and really worked hard in getting us what we needed on both sides of buying and selling at the same time.
