We were introduced to Martin and Pam and his Snowbird Relocation Real Estate Team through a trusted mutual friend as we were looking to purchase a beach vacation property in the Tampa, Florida area. Within hours, Martin contacted us and we began the search by defining our requirements and expectations for the property.

Martin and his Team use tech extensively and we were looking at properties with Martin over Zoom within days.

If we showed an interest in a property, Martin was always willing to set up a virtual showing with us no matter how far he had to drive to be there. At the time of this writing, the real estate market in the Tampa/ St. Pete Beach is crazy hot. Properties are going under contract within hours of coming on the MLS. Martin had lightning-fast reaction times to get us into a property.

We traveled to St. Pete Beach for a 2 week visit in January 2022, and were able to meet Martin and his Team in person. Impressive. Martin gave us a tour around the entire Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee County area, just to make sure we knew our way around and got familiar with the area. No realtor we've ever dealt with did that for us.

After looking at many properties in the Pinellas and Manatee County area, Martin's Team found a place that we wound up purchasing. And with his great negotiation skills, we were able to purchase the property under list price!!

Thanks to Martin and Pam for making the beach home buying process so smooth!

We will be buying future properties using Martin and Pam as our Realtors.

Martin and Pam were wonderful! They both understand the current market and that if you want a property you have to move fast! They are professional, maintain an open line of communication and are knowledgeable about the whole process. Martin went above and beyond to help make our dreams of home ownership a reality!
