We have been considering the Frederick area for awhile now. Martina went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed as well as answering each and every question we had. She truly is an agent who listens to what your needs & wants are and didn't stop looking until she found the match for our requirements. As first time homebuyers moving to a new city, Martina took great care of us. I found her when I reached out for another property she was representing the seller on and while we didn't get the chance to make an offer on that popular property, I knew she had to be our agent and she ended up getting an even better home for us! Martina is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She knows every MD law relevant to the home buying process and is always happy to explain the pros/cons of every decision to help you understand and be informed throughout the entire process. Her experience was essential as she helped us make the winning offer in an aggressive seller's market- not the highest, but the most competitive. I am confident in her abilities and am so grateful we had her on our team- cannot recommend Martina enough!

I would recommend Martina to anybody in the Frederick and surrounding areas. She has an excellent knowledge of the market and the "pitfalls" in each area. She is patient and was willing to show me a LOT of houses until we found the right one. She worked nights and weekends around my schedule. She wrote multiple offers for us on a moment's notice due to bidding wars. She prevented us from overpaying on a house and wrote a complex contract on the house we ultimately bought that had to include several provisions to protect our interests.
