Originally from Hamburg, Germany, Martina moved to Los Angeles, CA, in 1983. Before her real estate career, she worked with a prestigious immigration law firm, helping clients achieve their dreams of becoming US residents and citizens. She then opened her own employment agency and created a highly dedicated team that assisted all her clients in finding the most suitable positions to match their education and skills. Martina is passionately dedicated to selling and buying real estate and has helped many first-time and seasonal buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She possesses an understanding of the local market and the trending changes occurring in many areas. She is very detail-oriented and organized and is able to provide solutions for her clients, whether they need to buy a home, make an investment, or are looking for passive income or a development. Martina has been a real estate sales agent since 2005 and received her broker license in 2010. She joined Keller Williams Realty in 2008 and has been with Keller Williams Santa Monica since 2012. She has been recognized for outstanding achievement in sales performance and production and received a Top Team of the Year award in 2018. Martina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance and is a member of the Inglewood Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
