I initially met Martino two years ago when my boyfriend and I were looking for our first apartment together. Martino was able to find us exactly what we were hoping for and negotiate us exactly what we were hoping for with our lease. During that brief interaction, Martino made a lasting impression on us.

This year I decided to purchase my first home for us. It was a no brainer which realtor I would call to help with this! Martino worked to understand exactly what I was looking for, compile a list, and plan showings of so many amazing condos I almost had a hard time choosing which I’d like to offer on! He helped me to find the perfect place, negotiate a deal I was fully comfortable with, and helped me to know the entire process it would take to own this condo. He never loses sight of your goals and really works to make them happen.

Martino is diligent, honest, communicative, empathetic, trustworthy, and really works to make everything in his clients’ best interests happen. He is knowledgeable about all parts of Philly real estate. He can provide multiple recommendations for lenders, contractors, and appraisers. He’s always willing to answer questions or chase down any information you need. I highly recommend Martino if you’d like the best home-buying experience possible!
