He is the youngest of 8 children from a prominent Chicago family who were active in the redevelopment projects in the downtown Chicago area. Marty started his Real Estate career within the film industry finding housing for both crew and cast members during the filming of major motion pictures throughout the United States setting up corporate housing. Marty attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and still stay's very active in Alumni affairs with his Almer mata and contributor to the University!
