Perfect. He was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We interviewed 5 agents when getting ready to sell our house in Orlando; and I have to admit we liked every one we spoke to, but we felt so comfortable with Marty right away and that was our most important requirement. Out of the agents' market analysis' his was $30k to $40k over everyone else which initially caused us concern - he was exactly right on though and it ended up appraising for $1k over his estimate. If we had gone with someone else we would have lost so much equity. His suggestions were based on real feed back and he followed up after every showing. He walked us through a convoluted sale and went above and beyond our expectations. I only wish he worked where we're moving to!
