Marty has lived in Franklin, North Carolina, for his entire life and served two terms as a state representative in the NC General Assembly. His goal has always been to ensure that Franklin and Macon County remain a safe and secure haven for those seeking comfort, peace, and refuge. He continues to be involved in maintaining our community’s traditional mountain values, freedoms, and property rights.
