I highly recommend Mr. Marty Kirkley of Ocean Breeze Property Management LLC to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. I sold my house in 2019 and Mr. Marty was the realtor in charge of said sale. He allowed the process to happen in a very professional way and his marketing techniques are excellent. In 2020 I bought a house in Saint Augustine Florida and Mr. Marty was in charge of said purchase. I thank Mr. Kirkley for his professionalism and responsibility throughout the process.
