Primary past and present clients: Clyde Miles Construction Co. (Contra Costa, Merced, Madera, Fresno and Yolo Counties), Davidon Homes (Northern Nevada) and Gold Creek Homes (Southeastern New Mexico, Sacramento and Calaveras County). General responsibilities for builder clients include sales management, creative, media placement, supervising in house staff, sales agents of new homes, onsite resale agents, greeters, and an in-house designer, administering individual subdivision budgets for marketing, market research, product development, sales office design and model merchandising. Has also assisted in land acquisition, drafting of LOI’s and purchase contracts, entitlement processing, communications with public agencies, utilities and outside consultants, conducting feasibility studies, long range planning and in house mortgage operations.
