Marty brings over 40 years of knowledge and experience from his construction and real estate background to represent his clients. Very few in the profession possess these talents. In addition to my real estate licensing, I am also a state certified Building Contractor ( CBC 1254369 ) and a state certified Inspector ( HI 1956 ). I have been both building in and selling real estate in High Velocity Hurricane Zones ( HVHZ ) and Special Flood Hazzard Areas ( SFHA ) for 20 years.

I am very knowledgeable on all the FEMA regulations and insurance regulations that new Buyers desiring to live on our beautiful Florida waterfront properties will encounter. Plus….I have experienced first-hand, the severe hurricanes and flooding that occurred in 2022 with Hurricane Ian, and in 2024 with Hurricanes Helene and Milton that hit our area of SWFL. I also live on the waterfront here and have been boating the Caloosahatchee River for the past 20 years. Along with my son, Marty III, we own and operate Value Pro Real Estate here in Fort Myers.
