Marva was very professional. Her overall expertise and performance was great. She was always on top of her game. She always made herself available by phone and in person. Sometimes the process was a bit stressful, because all transactions were during the holiday season. Marva always told me that she was always in prayer and for me to continue to be prayful. Marva worked with us like we were her only clients. We finally sold before the end of 2020. She did a great job.

I had the pleasure of meeting Marva and seeing how hard she works for her clients and I was very impressed. She arrived early, met with me (I am a home inspector hired by her client) and began with some of her client's concerns about the house. I addressed each of them and was impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism, especially when dealing with the builder who arrived late to open the house.

Marva went above and beyond to develop an innate insight on what we wanted and why, and used that information along with her vast connections and resources to identify houses not even listed on the market yet for early views.

She is always seeking to find ways to lower costs by recommending and assisting with the review of other loan and homeowners insurance providers. Marva even accompanied us during our initial and final house inspection.
