I have been interested in buying my first home for about a year and a half now, every agent I have spoken with has been dismissive, arrogant, impatient, very uninformative and not giving me direction to reach my goal as this will be my first home.

A few days ago I called Samson Properties and spoke with Marvena, thankfully, she was the complete opposite. She was warm, welcoming, caring, interested in what I was looking for in my home, engaging, very very very informative, and gave me a road map to reaching the finish line in this figurative race to purchase my new home.

She spoke to me with respect, honesty, integrity, and reassured me that although the process may be daunting, aggravating and down right frustrating that my vision and goal for my home can and will be reached. She encouraged me to TRUST THE PROCESS and have faith that what I want, I will get.

She never told me to lower my standards, never discouraged me that what I want is too much, never said that it was impossible to provide/receive the things i was looking for or had my heart set on. We sat for hours going through different homes so that she could get a feel of what caught my eyes. A day or so later she offered me a plethora of choices all completely amazing btw but not quite what I had in mind.

She was not upset that I did not select the homes she sent me and has been diligent in providing more and more options. Each time getting closer and closer to my dream home. Marvena is a realtor that surpasses EVERY SINGLE realtor I've come in contact with. I have a few friends that are also looking to buy a home and I immediately sent them her info.

She is HEAVEN SENT to someone like me with only a dream of the perfect home and no knowledge of what steps to take. I see my dream home in the near future.
