It was a pleasure to have Marvin Gomez as my realtor in selling my condo in San Diego. Marvin is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in San Diego. He is very professional and polite yet at the same time very aggressive and understanding getting what I wanted to get out of the sale. Prior to working with him, he had called me several times following up whether I was ready to sell and would provide me with the then current market analysis whenever the market was prime for sale. I'd never worked with Marvin before, so I decided to take a chance with him in selling my unit and I am so glad I did. He was able to sell my unit within 5 days, getting me the price that I was asking for. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding especially working around my tenant's schedule in order to show the place. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. I recommend him highly to anyone that is interested in selling or wanting to buy any real estate in San Diego.
