So I was referred to Marvin by a friend. I was a first time home buyer so I was new to the process but he never made me feel like I was asking to many questions. Marvin also listened to what I wanted and made sure to only show me homes within my budget and made me feel like I was million dollar client. I would recommend Marvin to anyone, he will be honest about the home and not hide important information about the home. As a first time home buyer, this is something that is very important because you have so many questions, thoughts, and feelings and having a realtor that will help you make a decision based on the issues that important rather than emotions. Marvin also helped me to get a great deal on my first home and was able to negotiate extra perks from seller.

Marvin was recommended by a coworker and I'm glad I listened. Marvin worked with me for a long long time to find exactly what I needed. Marvin was by the phone when I needed him and made time to fit my schedule for showings. As a first time home buyer, he helped guide me through the process and listened to what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience.

Marvin is amazing, we moved out of state and had to sell our home remotely, Marvin made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. He did everything for us, and some things he went out of his way to do, which was absolutely above and beyond. He always provided updates and was very responsive when we needed to ask questions. He made the whole process super smooth, we really appreciate all the hard work he did. Outstanding job, thanks Marvin!!!
