She has been responsive to our requests, reassuring in her knowledge of the area and relentless in her efforts to get all the information we need. She understands our dream and our priorities. We can't comment extensively on her negotiating skills because we are not to that stage of the process yet. If she negotiates as effectively as we expect her to she will be five stars all the way! When this process concludes, we will have a new home and a new friend. We recommend Mary highly!

We live in Michigan, and she helped us purchase our dream vacation home in the Cherry Grove area. From the moment we connected on the phone, I felt very at ease with Mary. I told her what my husband and I were looking for...and she made some great suggestions. I flew into town to view homes, and I spent an entire day with her. Because she was so thorough with her information prior to my trip, by the end of the day, I had made a decision on our new vacation home. After selecting 10 - 12 properties to look at, we finally selected Mary to represent us and lead us through the selection process. Mary immediately went through our list, providing us more information than we could get online, helped us eliminate some of the properties and then sent us several more that we did not find online. And this was the first several hours after contacting her. She then set up appointments for all of the properties we were interesting in prior to our travelling to Myrtle Beach. After touring several of the properties, it was obvious Mary knew what we wanted. None of the properties we had selected actually fit our need and/or want criteria, so Mary spent the next week or so looking for additional properties for us to look at. She actually went to see the properties without us to make sure they were as advertised before we made another trip to the area. And on our second trip, we found exactly what we wanted...at the price we wanted. Mary helped before the sale and after the sale...offering to either take care of things that needed done...or call someone who would come and do it. — 5 starWhere do I start? Ok, Mary Adams has been our realtor for over three and a half years. From day one, she has shown us the best properties avaIlable. She has never slacked off on presenting homes and then lots. Last year she found us the perfect lot, and was instrumental in securing our deal to have our home built. Yes, we are that finicky northern couple. Mary never got discouraged. Throughout the entire building process she would make sure everything was running smoothly down here while we were still up north. Pictures sent all the time. She never missed a meeting with the builder, or lawyers, and was personally involved in everything right down to walk throughs and settlement, explaining everything in layman's terms for us. She is fantastic! I can not say enough about her professionalism and friendship. We now have our dream home in Surfside Beach, and it is thanks to her! If you get to use Mary, you are in great hands!
