Allison Shepherd was raised in Nevada, Missouri, and moved to Springfield in 2006 to study Business and Marketing. After starting her career in that field, she followed her passion into the beauty industry, graduating top of her class from The System, A Paul Mitchell Partner School. Working in two of Springfield s top salons, she learned the importance of listening, building trust, and delivering results skills she now brings to her real estate career.

Deeply rooted in small-town values, Allison is known for her integrity, warmth, and commitment to excellence. She and her husband actively volunteer at the Veterans Coming Home Shelter and support the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri by fostering and rehoming abandoned pets.
