About Mary Ann

When Mary Ann made the career transition from nursing to real estate in 1985, she was thrilled to have the opportunity to combine her love of working with people with her passion for the pacific northwest. She was born in Oregon, and I moved to Seattle in 1967. She could never imagine living anywhere else.

Since 1985, she has been a member of the Windermere Wall Street Inc. real estate team. As your Real Estate Agent, she will provide you with decades of real estate expertise and Seattle community knowledge. Through diligent work, skillful negotiations, and a sense of humor, she will strive to help you find the perfect new home or sell your current home.

Mary Ann's clients have truly had a great impact on her. The relationships she has built over the years are extremely valuable to her, not only a professional level, but on a personal level. Whenever possible she tries to let clients know how much they mean to her. Her sponsorship of the national champion women's ultimate frisbee team, Seattle Riot, is one example of this. Several clients of her compete on Riot and it was a pleasure to help them on their road to nationals. She also sponsors the Market Street Cycling bicycle club. A few club members are clients of her, and she was inspired by their club's commitment to helping disadvantaged youth learn to love cycling.

Although Mary Ann is completely devoted to her real estate clients, she is equally passionate about giving back to the community. She has been very lucky in her life, and she thoroughly enjoys helping others when she can. Whether she is volunteering as a nurse at a neighborhood clinic, supporting The Windermere Foundation or the Plymouth Housing Project, she strives to contribute to the community.
