Mary Ann got me top dollar for my condo and was with me every step of the way including through my move which was challenging. She also took me out two days before Christmas to help me switch the contract for one townhome to another because of a death in the family. She really goes the distance and knows what she is doing but is not pushy.

I highly recommend Mary Ann Manna for all your realty needs. She is conscientious, hardworking, and patient. It took a while, but she found me the perfect home and stuck with me when I thought I'd never find it. She had excellent suggestions on setting up the house I was selling to show it to it's best advantage. If I were you, I'd go with Mary Ann!
