Mary Ann Tegethoff

Mary is a seasoned full-time Realtor and she absolutely love what she does! She loves working with people and using her real estate knowledge to help buyers and sellers alike to realize their real estate dreams.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and she worked in the Social Services field. She spent several years owning and managing a local business before venturing into the world of Real Estate.

Her real estate career began in 2004 and she has spent her whole real estate career with Century 21 American Heritage Realty. She serves the 4 counties of Butler, Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Armstrong in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

She has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer over the years and she has won many awards including Rookie of the Year, Quality Service and Pinnacle Quality Service Awards, Emerald and Sapphire Circle of Excellence Awards, and several Agent of the Month recognitions. However, her most satisfying award has been earning the trust and confidence of her clients through repeat business and referrals.

Mary also strived to increase my Real Estate knowledge to better serve her clients. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, one of the top designations in the industry. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Certified Negotiation Expert.

She enjoys community service and she have worked as a Meals on Wheels volunteer since 2001 and volunteered time to local chapter of the American Cancer Society since 2011.
