Mary Ann Wilson

As an experienced agent and real estate investor, I assist clients in buying and selling homes that meet their financial objectives and personal needs. I have been involved in several hundred real estate transactions and am a skilled negotiator. I have a BS in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance. Prior to real estate, I served as a VP of Operations of technology consulting firm and have experience in medical device sales. Experienced working with sellers, first time buyers, new construction, relocations and investors.

Raised in Kansas, then moved to New York and the DC area, I settled in Cary in 1999 with my husband and two daughters. The RTP area is a wonderful place to live and I love assisting others in learning more about what this area has to offer!
