You couldn't ask for better home-hunting help than Mary Beth. When I told her I would need a new place to live come June, she immediately gave me a full list of area option tailored exactly to my specifications and was able to take me to see them at a moment's notice - even in the middle of the COVID outbreak.

Mary Beth also matched and re-matched her own options with my constantly-changing conditions; I waffled between 3 people and 4 people, dog and no dog and dog again, and renting and buying back and forth maybe a dozen times, and she had options and suggestions for every situation ready for every single whimsical change of mind.

When I finally did settle on a home to buy, she guided me step-by-step through the process and spent many late evenings on the phone with me helping me make sure I had everything in order. Mary Beth was always available to assist me at every waking hour, and it was never more appreciated than when I needed to navigate this process.

The result was a new home for me at a price well, well below market value and at a low interest rate. Mary Beth saved me a tremendous amount of time, energy, and money, and I'm forever grateful to her for this.

Mary Beth Lynch did an exceptional job working with my father and our family, selling the family home of 60 years and making this possible within a short timeframe. Mary Beth is great to work with... very attentive to all needs, knows the area and market and very helpful every step of the way. It is always a pleasure working with her. This is twice now, I bought my house with her and now have sold it and both experiences have been great
