Mary Beth MacLennan has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005, focusing primarily on the Lamorinda, Walnut Creek (including Rossmoor) and surrounding markets. She holds her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Mary Beth brings a deep and varied professional experience to her work in real estate.

Mary Beth worked for over 15 years as an investment banker in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry. She concluded her investment banking career as a Managing Director with Nations Banc Montgomery Securities (now part of Bank of America) and subsequently worked in consultative sales in the financial services and real estate industries. Mary Beth is committed to providing the highest level of service, knowledge, and integrity to her clients. She is a proven negotiator and is comfortable navigating complicated or difficult situations. Whether working with first-time home buyers, growing families, or downsizing empty nesters, she is always sensitive to her clients’ personal situations and works hard to make their real estate transactions as seamless as possible. The daughter of a career military officer, Mary Beth has lived in and travelled throughout the United States and Japan. Mary Beth graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she was a Trustee Scholar and majored in Piano Performance and English. In her “spare” time, Mary Beth is an avid reader and enjoys training and performing with the performing ensemble of Maikaze Daiko, a San Francisco-based Japanese taiko drumming group.
