Mary Braaten

Mary Braaten is a full time REALTOR living in Sumter, South Carolina - home of Shaw Air Force Base. This is all she does, and she loves it. She is originally from Tucson, Az and grew up in a tiny town called Tumacacori, Az - just north of the border of Mexico. Mary is a third generation REALTOR, following in the footsteps of her grandfather (JP Vaughan) and her father (Art Vaughan). Mary has been happily married to her knight in shining armor, Russ Braaten, for almost 40 years. They have two grown daughters, Courtney, and Amy. In 2010, Mary entered one of the best stages of her life when she became a Grandparent. She now has seven beautiful grandchildren, all living within a few miles of her home. Grandparenthood is truly the best thing ever! Mary and Russ have been members of Destiny Praise Center, their church, for over 20 years and serve as deacons.
