Over the years I have found that when the client is the focus of ALL the decisions regarding a purchase or a sale, it becomes easy to do right thing.
Since December of 2002 - when I first got my Real Estate license - I have made YOU my focus. I look at my job from a project management point of view. Making certain that buyers understand the in's and out's of the contract, helping sellers decide on pricing and which offer is the best, and coordinating everything from inspections to title work is what I do to pave the way to a successful sale and/or purchase. Moving is a stressful time ... made more so by it being unfamiliar. Communicating where we are in the process - "Here's what's next" - is something you can depend on when you choose to work with me.
